  • WHY ARE MY PURCHASES BEING SENT TO ME IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS?
    You may have ordered multiple items that don’t fit in one box.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    Modern Lobster™ gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your items back, for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when complete. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the garment is received and inspected. Returns due to style, fit or preference are at the customers expense. Final Sale or Custom items are not eligible for returns. Returns can be initiated by emailing returnsmodlob@gmail.com.
  • CAN I SHIP TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS DIFFERENT THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
    Absolutely. You will be able to enter a separate shipping address at checkout.
  • CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
    UNISEX SIZING FOR WOMEN, MEN, AND YOUTH: Prior to purchasing, we suggest you find a favorite tee in your closet, lay it flat on a table, and make a note of its length and width. We recommend comparing these measurements to the size guide to help in your selection. Please note, our tees offer a classic, looser fit. For a more fitted garment, you may choose to size down. You'll also find the measurements to each item in the size charts. Please note that our adult clothes are unisex.
  • HOW WILL I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    You will receive an email order confirmation after your order is placed. You will then receive a tracking number once the order ships. If items are shipped separately, you will receive an additional email with a tracking number for each shipment.
  • IS GIFT WRAPPING AVAILABLE?
